Follow these steps to accept your offer and reserve your place at Charles Sturt University Sydney or Melbourne.

You’re nearly there

It starts with a Letter of Offer

If your application is successful, you will receive a Letter of Offer explaining the course that has been offered, the fees payable, and your orientation and course commencement dates. You will also receive an Acceptance form that outlines Charles Sturt University’s Conditions of Enrolment and Refund Policy.

You’ll need to return your signed Acceptance form and pay tuition fees as specified in your Letter of Offer. Tuition fees can be paid via direct deposit or credit card.

Here’s what you need to do to accept your offer.

Step 1

Carefully read your letter of offer

Your Letter of Offer will detail:

  • Your Charles Sturt University Sydney or Melbourne Campus course(s)
  • The duration of the course(s)
  • The commencement date(s)
  • Any tuition fee(s)

Any condition(s) of the offer (examples of conditions of the offer may include providing official or certified copies of academic transcripts, evidence of citizenship or requiring an interview. Prior to or at the time of accepting your offer, you must provide evidence that you have met all conditions. If you do not provide this evidence, you will not be eligible to proceed with your enrolment.)

Step 2

Accept and pay fees

  • You may need to show us you meet any outstanding conditions of offer
  • Complete and sign the Acceptance Declaration (Section 2 and 3 of the Letter of Offer)
  • Send us your signed Acceptance Declaration 

Step 3

Attend orientation and enrolment

Get excited about orientation! Orientation is compulsory for all students and will be your first day with us. We can’t wait to meet you.

Deferment

If you want to defer your studies must defer their place through the StudyLink Connect Student Portal. We will re-assess the applicant’s eligibility for the next available study period and re-issue a new Letter of Offer accordingly.
